decent price and excellent location. staff are wonderful people who work very hard and are always cheerful and wanting to assist. coffee at breakfast was a good strength and there was salted butter (both can be rare in Asian hotels).

The pool villa is a welcome sanctuary to relax and spend the afternoon by the pool. Location is very central with everything you need a short walk. The room was huge with plenty of space and the private pool was fantastic. Staff always friendly and willing to help.

Location is its best feature. Rooms were quite clean and comfortable and air conditioning was excellent. Plenty of polite and friendly staff around willing to help and hotel was generally quite nice all around

Rooms were very nice - clean and comfortable. Lovely cold aircon. We had a balcony room on the side of busy loud street, but great noise cancelling balcony door and really couldn’t hear much noise at all when closed. As you would expect in Bali, beautiful welcoming and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. loved the western/Asian mix, as I love both. the egg station was fantastic, best omelettes! Free wifi in all areas with great cover.

Stayed in a room with a private plunge pool. It was super clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of options to suit your preferences. Room service was quick and the menu had a good range of choices. The hotel spa was obviously more expensive than the local spas for treatments but if you want the convenience, it's worth it. I liked that there were two main pools- always plenty of spaces to laze on the lounge chairs. It never got overly busy in those areas. The barstaff will come and serve you at the above ground pool too so you dont have to worry about there not being a swim up bar. Lots of local spas, restaurants and bars in walking distance with an atm on site too. Would stay again!

Great spacious rooms with large windows and wardrobe. The room service and cleaning are very good. The Internet connection is great! We have faced no issues during the working hours. The breakfast was good, especially when you are coming earlier than 10 a.m. and you have more options available (breakfast is till 10:30 a.m. 😅). The hotel has wheelchair - so you can ask to use it! (we were happy to know about this option)

Overall good, worth for the money ..you'll not regret if taking Deluxe king ...room view not so great for me as it been block by coconut trees but it is really nice compared to where i was stayed first day.Breakfast is good not very luxury but it accommodate all county taste.

friendly staff attended our needs promptly when we had some issues with our rooms. bunk beds for kids were a real winner! great location and facilities. the pools were both great, and even though we didn’t need it, was good to have a toddlers pool for littlies. my kids loved the kids club room- although would be better if it was a staffed/ drop off kind of kids club- rather than requiring parental supervision. I’d pay extra for this service, for sure! loved the buffet brekkie everyday, and the free cocktail and Tapas evening! also loved that late checkout was an optional extra, even for $70 AUD- was well worth it.
